Before Testing Begins
If you need to cancel a scheduled security assessment or penetration test before the testing phase has begun, you may be eligible for a refund according to the following terms:
- More than 7 days before scheduled start: 100% refund
- 3-7 days before scheduled start: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before scheduled start: 25% refund
Important: Refunds are only available for services that have not yet commenced the active testing phase. Once a penetration test or security assessment has begun, no refunds will be provided.
After Testing Begins
Due to the nature of security testing services and the resources allocated to your project, we are unable to offer refunds once the testing phase has commenced. This includes:
- Initial reconnaissance and discovery phases
- Active vulnerability scanning
- Manual testing and exploitation attempts
- Report generation and analysis
Service Quality Issues
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer:
- Additional testing or remediation verification at no extra cost
- Detailed explanation of findings and methodology
- Follow-up consultation to address specific concerns
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that business needs may change. If you need to reschedule a planned security assessment:
- More than 7 days notice: Free rescheduling
- 3-7 days notice: One free rescheduling, subsequent changes may incur fees
- Less than 3 days notice: Subject to availability and may incur rescheduling fees
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to our availability and resource commitments.
